I haven't received my item... When will I receive it?

Yes, you can return/exchange, providing that the products are returned in its original condition. Please be careful with products, this means; no stains, rips, new smells etc.

If your product is returned to us and is not in its original condition, your product may be refused of refund and returned to you.

Please note: we do not pay for returns postage and if you do not pay for a tracked service and we don't receive your item, then you are liable for its loss.

 

Should you want a refund/exchange, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt via DM or contact.Ihavedou.com and we will send you the return/exchange instructions.
